At Fahlo, we want you to love your fashion pieces as much as we love creating them, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
